Guarantee/Warranty Copyright/Privacy Statements Return/Exchange Procedure


30 DAY GUARANTEE - If you have purchased Nannini glasses from Per Annum within the last 30 days and are not 100% satisfied, simply follow our Return/Exchange procedure found below.

QUALITY ASSURANCE - Per Annum, Inc. guarantees the quality of all Nannini Eyewear against manufacturing defects. All glasses go through a quality control inspection before leaving our facility. However, if you should receive defective or damaged merchandise, please follow the return procedure found below. Upon verification of the damage, Per Annum will replace the damaged/defective glasses at our cost.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY* If a manufacturing defect should occur after 30 day guarantee has expired, follow the return procedure below. Upon verification of the damage, Per Annum will replace the damaged/defective glasses.

*This warranty does not include normal wear and tear. Lenses that have been scratched by keys in your pocket and frames that have been sat upon are not covered by the warranty.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

1.) Notify us of your return via mail, email or telephone. Be sure to include your order number, date of receipt and reason for return.

2.) Place the glasses into the protective case (including all packaging)

3.) Return glasses via a traceable shipping method, such as (UPS) or insured parcel post.

4.) Upon receipt of your return, Per Annum will refund or credit your purchase price**. If you wish to exchange for glasses in a different style, we will charge or credit you for any difference in the purchase price.

**Product must be returned in resalable condition for full credit to be issued. This includes glasses, carrying case and all original packaging. Partial or no credit will be issued at our discretion should product show signs of being worn, scratched or abused. Shipping charges are not refundable.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES

Please note that UPS charges $5 to correct/modify addresses after a package has been shipped. To avoid these charges being passed along to you, please review your "Ship To" address for accuracy.

If your shipping address changes after an order has been placed, please notify us immediately. If your order has not been shipped we will make the change at no cost. If your package has been shipped, you will be charged a $5 forwarding fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will typically ship via USPS Global Priority Mail. When ordering online, choose standard shipping. We will adjust the fee accordingly when your order is processed. For up to five pairs of FlatSpecs or one pair of Sport Specs, the shipping cost will be $15.00. For larger packages, the cost will be determined based on the size/weight of the order.

Customs/Import Duties: Please note that customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient of your order. Charges may vary from country to country. For more details, contact your local customs office.
