Free Shipping on All Orders Over $75*

These offers are good for standard shipping (U.S. Mail or UPS Ground) to one address within the continental United States. Discounts will be applied automatically during checkout -- no coupon code is necessary. Customers are responsible for all taxes and expedited delivery upgrades, if applicable. International orders are not eligible for free shipping (see below for details).

These offers may be changed or discontinued at our discretion. These offers do not apply to Corporate Sales or other deeply-discounted orders. These offers cannot be applied to past purchases. Multiple orders cannot be combined.

Once your order has been processed, it will ship within 24 to 48 hours and will usually be delivered within 1 to 5 business days, depending upon the recipient's location. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail within 1 business day after your order has been submitted. In such cases, the order will typically ship within 1-2 weeks, once the item has been received from the manufacturer.

*Some oversized items may not be eligible for Free Shipping. In such cases, you will be notified if any shipping fees apply.

Standard Order Procedures

Credit card orders will be charged when your order ships (see exception below). (Personal checks require an additional 5-7 business days before shipment.)
All in-stock items (paid in full) will ship via UPS/USPS within 2 business days. Please allow 7 - 10 days for the delivery of your items.*
Orders for handmade-to-order products will be charged upon the start of production. You will will receive a follow-up e-mail informing you that the order has been sent to the manufacturer for production, along with an approximate turnaround time. Please note that these products may NOT be returned or exchanged. Any cancellations must be made within 1-2 days of placing your order to avoid incurring a non-refundable charge.
If you require alternative shipping arrangements (expedited shipping, another carrier, etc.), please include your desired delivery date in the order notes during the checkout process.

Please allow an additional 1-2 days for items with imprinting.

Shipping Fees**

**The following fees apply to orders sent via standard shipping (UPS/USPS) to U.S. addresses only.
Other fees will apply to orders being shipped outside of the U.S and/or
orders being shipped via an expedited shipping method.

- Fees are calculated during the check-out process.
- The fee will appear in step 3 of the check-out (before your order is submitted).

Additional Shipping Fees

UPS charges $11 to correct/modify addresses after a package has been shipped. To avoid these charges being passed along to you, please review your "Ship To" address for accuracy.
If your shipping address changes after an order has been placed, please notify us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we will make the change at no cost. If your package ships to an incorrect address, you will be charged a $11 forwarding charge.

International Shipping Fees

USPS Global Priority Mail or UPS Standard International
International orders typically ship via one of these methods. One diary, a small photo album or up to five pairs of FlatSpecs costs approximately $25.00 to ship via USPS Global Priority (our preferred method). For larger packages, the cost will be determined based on the size/weight of the order. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require a more accurate shipping quote.

When ordering online, choose UPS Ground (the only option available) as your shipping method. We will adjust your order information and total accordingly when it is processed on our end.

Customs/Import Duties
Please note that customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient of your order. Charges may vary from country to country. For more details, contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.
